With over 25 years of experience in technology leadership, business innovation and digital transformation, Shan brings a unique combination of entrepreneurial vision, technical expertise and commercial experience to BARCODE AI Agents.
His leadership experience also includes senior technology roles at BOOKSCAN, AWAYCO, BARCODE SOLUTIONS, STOCKLAND, and ACCOR HOTELS, working across Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore and The Philippines.
In his role as former CEO of AWAYCO, he helped drive the development of a global omnichannel retail technology platform and contributed to an $11 million venture capital raise.
Shan holds an MBA from Macquarie University, combining business strategy, financial management and technology expertise.
